Manufacturing Faults: If you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, we are more than happy to provide you with a refund or replacement. Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the faulty product, and we will guide you through the return process. Once we receive the returned item and confirm the manufacturing fault, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Change of Mind or Dislike: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or if you simply dislike the purchased item. We encourage our customers to make informed decisions before making a purchase and to review product details, descriptions, and customer reviews before placing an order.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
